“Invest In East " International Investment Promotion Forum

The Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka to the World Trade Organization, Geneva is pleased to announce that “Invest In East”, an international investment forum on the emerging opportunities in the eastern region of the island, is scheduled to be held on 17th January 2014 at Taj Samudra Hotel, Colombo.
Held under the theme of “Seizing Employment and Wealth Creation Opportunities of Eastern Sri Lanka”, the forum will focus on the lucrative investment opportunities in the context of post-conflict development efforts with special emphasis on the eastern region of the country.
In close collaboration with the Ministries of Economic Development and Investment Promotion of Sri Lanka, the forum is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Production & Development, Fisheries, Rural Industries Development and Tourism of the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka
