Request for Proposals for Construction of High Priority Roads and Bridges
The Ministry of National Integration and Reconciliation of Sri Lanka is calling for proposals from eligible and qualified national/international bidders for the construction of reconciliation focused high priority roads and bridges with secured financing arrangements in the northern and Eastern Provinces in Sri Lanka.
The full project consists of 06 contract packages. The bidders may bid for one or more packages out of 06, however, they shall be awarded maximum of two contract packages.
While the bidders themselves needs to secure their finances, the Government of Sri Lanka will provide a guarantee for the repayment of the loan and interest to the respective financier.
The deadline for acceptance of filled bidding documents is 11.00 a.m on 02nd February 2018 (Sri Lanka time).
