The State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka (SEC) which is functioning under the Ministry of Housing and Construction is calling for Expressions of Interests (EOI) from reputed and established investors who are capable of developing the SEC owned land with an extent of 14.5 Acres situated in Peliyagoda, Sri Lanka.
