Lanka Mineral Sands Limited (LMSL), a fully owned State Company functioning under the purview of Ministry of Industry and Commerce, has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from local and international investors for a direct foreign investment or a joint venture with LMSL for the ‘manufacture and marketing of value added products and finished products using beach mineral sands’. A list of value added products which is expected to be manufactured and marketed and other additional information are contained in the Information Summary Document, which could be obtained by making a request through email This email address is being protected from spambots. Investors who possess the required experience in technology and marketing of the products specified in Information Summary Document and any other beach mineral sand based value added products, are invited to submit their EOI before 16 October 2017 to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce located in Colombo 03.
