Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of four-lane elevated highway
Ministry of Higher Education and Highways of Government of Sri Lanka has called for Expression of Interest (EOI) from national/international firms or joint ventures for the construction of four-lane elevated highway from New Kelani Bridge to Rajagiriya. This is expected to be implemented on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis for maximum concession period of 30 years by investing self-finance.

Interested parties are invited to submit EOI as per the specified format, which could be accessed until 23 August 2017 on above websites.
